It could be because of my hard water which is not very good. Despite this, I am still satisfied with the product and I hope it will last a long time in my bathroom. If anybody can give me advice on how to get rid of the stains, I would be very grateful."

There was a gap of four months before I got back to them, yet they responded swiftly and gave me a replacement that doesnt leak. Their customer service was commendable and deserves a full rating of 5 stars."
